My name is Frank, a cocker spaniel from Manchester. My story begins with Maleek, my human, who was struggling after serving a four-year sentence. Faced with the COVID lockdown and depression, he had no choice but to start walking me. Those walks turned into runs, and soon we were climbing his first mountain, Pen Y Ghent. For Maleek, the mountains became a spiritual refuge, a place as essential to him as they are to me. Now, our ambition is to run in the Alps, pushing boundaries and exploring new heights together. It’s not just a journey—it’s our way to heal.
