In the heart of the Norwegian Arctic, a group of friends embarks on an unpredictable winter. What begins as the pursuit of the “perfect run” soon turns into a journey shaped by ever-changing and extreme weather. SKIFT (a Norwegian word meaning “change”) is an honest portrait of the mountain as a living territory, where perfection lasts only for an instant. The documentary follows the group’s daily life as they face harsh conditions, setbacks, and limits with humor and camaraderie, reminding us that the best experience lies not in the result, but in everything lived along the way.
