Profession: Agricultural Technical Engineer
He has been practicing mountain sports since 1968.

Member of GAME (Spanish High Mountain Group) and GPHM (Grupe Pireneiste Haute Montagne) and Professor at the former ENAM (National High Mountain School). He is currently vice president of Peña Guara. For more than twenty years he has been the organizer of the San Úrbez Mountain Screening Week. He still practices various mountain activities such as mountaineering, classic, sport and ice climbing as well as mountain skiing.

He has done some notable climbs -especially because at the time he climbed them they were prestigious- such as the north of the Torre de Marboré, the north spur of the Pique Longue, the north face of the Pala de Ip, Rabadá Navarro to the Cotatuero pillar, via Bellefon on the North of the Midi D’Ossau, etc… in addition to some new routes in the Pyrenees.
